I have had my AEM for about 35000 miles now and when I change the oil I take it off and use a compressor to blow it out but I want to replace it. What filter do you recommend for replacing it or should I just buy the "expensive" aem original? Thanks.

Just re-clean it with the K&N kit. You should have cleaned it many miles ago.

 

How well does the kit work? Anyone used it?

Try something different I suggest monster flow
have to clean it more frequently tho but Its worth it.
