Right now, I just drove and notice the passender side is giving out few small flash then it never came back on. It was working good for 2 months. Could it be the bulb or the ballast defect?

 

try plugging the ballast into the other hid cartridge

 

I reconnected ignitor connector to ignitor, nothing came on. Brian, Rguy say it might be ballast problem. Damn, look like I am running on driver side for now.

 

but did you try switching the ballasts

 

Not yet, it too cold outside, 20 degree. Thank for your help sgT! I will try tomorrow. I don't have the proof of purchase recpit but I send it with warrany card to them. My laptop keep crashing everytime I go to http://www.mccullochhid.com to download the RMA (return merchandise authorization) application. do these have relay's?
check them as well. i had one of mine go bad. it was alot cheaper to fix.

 

The relays on the connection end to male and female? It a clip on relays to connect it. Umm, What can go bad on relays? The driver side is working pretty well, but the right side just came back on but sometime it doen't come back on for 20 second later. Weather have nothing to do with the hid kit? It 20 degree here? Sorry for stupid questions, Damn, I hate it when it come on late on the passender side. I think the problem is, the ballast is getting bad. I don't know.
