FS: T-25 and HF manifold turbo setup....
This Setup has been on my ZC in my CRX for about one year. It has worked great. The turbo does need new seals. Keep in mind this setup DOES NOT use an adapter plate. It will allow you to mount the setup straight on the head, and just fab up the downpipe straight off the O2 housing. It will be a very tight fit for a CRX/early civic for a DP, but it can be done (I did it...
) For that reason, I would reccomend this to be used on a 92+ civic where there is no front crossmember.
Info:
T-25:
- From a 98 eclipse.
- Needs a fresh rebuild .
- Clean, and turbine is coated with HEI high temp silicon paint.
- 50,000 miles. Used for 10,000 on my CRX.
- Compressor inlet has been p/p.
- Turbine inlet has been ported to matched the HF mani.
HF mani:
- Inlets have been ported. rough casting removed.
- Coated with HEI high temp silicon paint.
- No rust.
- The white color is just coolant spilage. It can be wiped off.
What you see here is what you get. The coolant line adapters, 4AN adapter, silicon coupler...ect.
I will start taking offers.
I want at LEAST 200 + shipping for it.
If you would like another pic from a different angle, I can do that.
Thanks!
Bryson

As you can see, I drilled notches out of the Turbine housing that match the HF's bolt holes. Then using high grade bolts/nuts/washers, I attached them both with an O ring gasket between them.
It has never had leakage or cracking problems....

And this was after 1 year of daily driving!

Do you even need a fmu to run this on a sohc? I dought it right. turbo needs new seals. where is it leaking from? I suppose you were using it like that?
VERY nice little setup. I am looking to throw together something similar for my del Sol in the next 6 months. If it wasn't blown I'd throw you an offer, but I'm probably better off just getting a working turbo from the get go. It's all good...very nice little setup though bro!!
