i have 97 accord lx, 4dr. should i buy 17x7 motegi rims? how much weight does one rim plus tire weight?>

Hey, I have 17x7 motegi mr7 and I think they weighed close to 25 pounds w/o tires!!!!!! I like them, but I would go with forged, you can really feel how much slower they make the car mine were $140 apiece from Pep Boys plus $100 mounting set

Motegi are budget rims. If you're content to roll around on heavy cheap rims then go for it.

But if you're trying to keep it cheap and want some decent lightweight wheels to boot then get some rota's.

 

or buy my Racing Harts for cheap!!! ask anyone!!!!!!!!!

 

what size, what style, and how much are your harts?....if they're 18" cp-10's you might have a buyer if i can get rid of my motegis

 

motegi wheels are cheap they are heavy and bend easy... dont buy em...

my buddy has gone through 3 replacement wheels on his 4 door Accord, no joke..

 

they are white 18inch CP-035's

 

Motegi rims are if your on a budget.....

id never support any of that motegi, katana, adr crap on my ride. I would justify coughing up some more cash to get some quality set of wheels such as volk, racing hart, advans, 5zigen, etc.....not some gay pepboys ****. Only knockoffs i like are Rotas. Even tho they're knockoffs, nobody cant say **** about them cause they're of very high quality.
