I am new to the whole honda tuning scene, I purchased a '91 CRX HF about 2 months ago, I am looking to do a b16a Motor Swap but i don't know what is required to do the full swap

I was wondering if anybody knew of any places that sell complete swaps with everything needed to do a swap (Motor mounts, Harness, axels, etc.), or at least a place that has most of the parts and would require me to get a few others

Any help would be great,

use the search function on the upper right hand side, do a search on archived posts, youll find hundreds of em.

 

make sure you upgrade your brakes also, i would reccomend getting 92+civic/ 90+ integra brake hubs. they are 10.5" which you will need. YOu can go to http://www.fastbrakes.com and purchase the 11" upgrade kit for those hubs.

 

I purchased my whole swap from hmotorsonline.com They even sold me a mount kit, and linkage. It was fairly cheap too. The only thing more you will need is the knuckles from a si/dx (hf, has smaller hubs), or mentioned above, civic/teg ones. Ryan

Yea, I had a friend who got his motors through hmotorsonline.com, He got fucked royally, I wouldn't recomend them, There is a post on hmo ******* people over...search it, you will find a few dissatisfied customers, I haven't heard one yet by jdmhondaparts.com except they are dicks on the phone

 

well, we offer complete crate engine setups.. with everything you need to start it up. the only thing is, we dont sell stock motors. All the crate engines we have are rebuilt bottom ends and if requested the head work too. will also include swap mounts, shift linakge, header, intake, ECU, axles, transmission, clutch kit, new timing belt, new head gasket, new oilpump, oil filter, new NGK spark plugs and wires. so you get the whole enchilada. fresh motor and ready to go.
If you can do it all at once, then thats koo. you'll have a fresh new fun motor to mess around with and no other parts will be needed except for new oil and water.
