what about balancing the shaft?
if you rebuild with new seals and bearings, do you not have to rebalance the shaft?

 

When I bought this kit about a year ago the guy at tubos.com said that it wouldn't be a problem for some reason. Go to their site and give 'em a call. They convinced me that I could do it with out problems. I can't remember their exact reasoning but I was convinced and I'm not easily convinced.

They were really helpful and if you have any questions I'm sure they wouldn't mind helping. They told me to call them if I had any problems along the way.

it looks like on the directions it says td05 and you say its for a td04, which one is it?

 

The directions do say TD05 but the kit is a TD04 and they are so similar that the same instructions are used for both.
