Opinions from SOHC stunnas
I'm wondering if anyone has used any turbo kits from Ultra Rev. I was browsing HT when I saw the ad on top of the page. Does anyone know if the kits are worth any because the price is very cheap? Here's the link:

I've sent an email, still no reply. Aren't Greddy kits a minimum of 2k? Any ideas one why this one is so cheap?

the 92-95 kits are always 1500$ or less, the 96-00 kits must be what you're thinking of.

The d16y8 kit is usually 2K, but not the d16z6 kit...
You can find them for pretty cheap...the price they have listed doesn't surprise me...it is a good deal, but not a steal...

you must suck at looking up prices then.

If you know enough about turbo systems or you just feel like doing a lot of research then a custom kit is the only way to go!
The current set up that I am piecing together will be more powerful and safer than the Greddy kit for cheaper! But by the time it's done it will be about a year after I first started... but I don't mind reading about stuff and searching for parts, that's half the fun of it!
