Default F22 -> H23 motor/tranny, AT -> MT conversion...

This is what I plan on doing...but I also have some questions...

stockludeSi just got a new H23, MT, 92, lude...he's going to be getting an H22a1 motor and Tranny and pretty much the whole JDM front end of a lude, but any way I'm going to take him motor and tranny and put it in my 94 Accord EX 4dr AT. I have to switch my car to MT though. Anyone know of any cheap ways to do that? Also the motor and tranny have 230+k miles on them, what are the Tranny parts I need to replace to make it last longer? I plan on replacing most of the internals in the motor already. Do I need to change out axels or will the accord axels be ok? I will also have the ECU from his car. I need a little bit of help, but I think I get most of it. I would appriciate any help possible though. Thank you.

You can get a lot of cheap parts from a junkyard. There should be plenty of 94's laying around. If you are even somewhat mechanically inclined you can do the swap yourself.
