Hey my sunroof doesn't close when i push teh button. I have to keep pushing it and sometimes it will close but very slowly? What is my problem? Also does anyone know how to put my window back on track. Someone broke into my car and my window is off track. Can i do it without taking the door panel off, and how? thanks

 

My CRX sunroof closes real slow too. Seems like it gets slower every time I try to close it. I think it may be the motor that causes this.

 

the sunroof problem has to do with the motor

about the window being out of track, you have to take off the door panel.

 

Yea you need to take the door panal off to fix the window. There are a lot of screws. The ones that most people forget are by the speakers. you need to take off the speaker cover and there is 4 screws in there that need to be removed to take off the panal.

 

also when you are taking off the door panel it is held on with clips. use a flat head screw driving and run it along until you hit one of the clips and then SLOWLY pry up the door panel. this makes it easier to get off and also helps in not braking the clips.

 

re: the sunroof-it's the motor-it's old remember. mine is liek that too; it seems to be a little slower every time & I always have to push it closed all of teh way. A new motor from Honda is only liek $200 at the dealership........
