Default Please take a look at this

I bought this used and was wondering what i need to complete the oil feed and return system. It's an earl's kit, or at least the big hose coming off the turbo is part of an earl's kit. It's a rev hard 2c with a turbonetics t3/t4e if that helps.

Don't tap into your oil pan, have somebody weld it.

You need a bung for the oil pan. Also I dont like the 90 degree elbow coming off the turbo unless thats the only way/direction the oil return line can go b/c of downpipe...

You will need a couple things.
1. you need a 10an weld in fitting to attach the oil return line to the oil pan. They have them on http://www.anplumbing.com I think the part # is 987110, but not positive because they don't show a picture of it. I'm not welding my oil pan, just drilling and installing a bulkhead with some strat-o-seals.

2. You will also need a 3-way adaptor to tap into your block for you oil pressure sender and your oil feed. I have a left over one from my revhard kit. THe reason I didn't use it was because it uses a 1/8 npt fitting to screw into the block which is a 1/8 BSPT fitting. Some people have stripped their blocks doing this. Others say it's not a big deal if you use teflon tape. I say play it safe and buy your self a 1/8 BSPT male to 1/8 NPT female. Then screw your 3way in. Do a search if you need to find where to get the adaptor. I can't remember which places sell it right now.

3. also that 90 degree bend coming out of your turbo return is a bad design, replace it with a 45 degree bend if at all possible.

4. good luck

you need a -10 fitting to weld to the oil pan, but it looks like you have something like that in the pic (the end of the -10 hose has threads)
u need the T to tap the oil pressure sender in the back of the block
the 90 degree fitting will work, but a 45 is probably better.

if you can't find those parts, i can buy them here locally and ship them to you.
