Default Question about some underhood fuses and my electrical drain problem

Okay, my battery has been discharging itself for no apparent reason.

I check the amperage with a voltmeter between the + battery cable and terminal. I was seeing 13.9 amps which is a lot when nothing is on.

Started pulling fuses and 3 of them made the draw go down to less than 1.

Here they are:

Fan Timer Unit

Hazard

ECU Clock

What could be the problem here?

There is probably a wire shorted out somewhere. Put one fuse back in and measure it. Repeat until you find the circuit which is the culprit. Trace the wiring until you find the problem.

It might be your voltage regulator as well.
