Electrical Question Parasitic Draw Fuse #29
Hey guys, I am looking in to a problem of a potential parasitic draw for someone. I was wondering if someone has the specs for normal draw of this 2014 Civic?
Right now I don't really see a problem, I checked the current draw between battery and terminal and after everything goes to sleep, I have a total draw of 10 - 20ma which isn't much. I isolated that 100% of the draw is for Circuit #29, fuse 29 which is the backup circuit.
When I put an ammeter in the circuit I get an initial draw of 1.15 amps, it then drops to .05/.06 then drops to about .01/.02. It mainly remains at .01/.02amps but I did see a 2 minute cycle where the draw rose to .05/.06 and saw that happen more than once.
Could someone provide me with what the normal draw is for this vehicle? 2014 Civic?
Does anyone have a list of the components on this circuit? Fuse #29?
Appreciate the help!

Re: Electrical Question Parasitic Draw Fuse #29
I did some further testing, the vehicle .01/.02 draw is common and usual, shouldn't be a problem. Alternator is charging at 14.4V. I opened the battery and seems like I have a weak cell after testing it with a hydrometer and 2 cells seem to be low on fluid. The vehicle does sit for days at a time which may explain why it takes a while. The battery is a new replacement but that doesn't mean anything I guess.
