Steps to painting intercooler piping?
i did a search already and I remember seeing some posts on it, could someone link me somewhere or tell me some steps on painting jcwhitney pipes. Thanks
You might want to look into having it powder coated. I was quoted by a local company 50.00 for all the pipes, which i dont consider that bad. Especially when powder coating is fairly scratch resistent. No work on your part either to get it power coated.
i hate to sand?.. i think i remember seeing someone spraying on like textured black.. can i just clean it really good then spray it on with high temp.

I just sanded my pipes with like 400 grit paper, not real thorough, just enough to rough it up a bit and cleaned them with brake cleaner. Then I sprayed them with 2 coats of heat black paint.......no problems.
