i have my drivers side balljoint in half assed. the clip is about half in the groove. i said **** it cuz it wont go newhere w/ the nut on tight and cotter pin in. but will the clip pop in from the balljoint being compressed or am i just kidding myself?

 

You really need to get them pressed in. Go to Auto Zone and rent a press for them. It'll be expensive, but when you return the tool, you'll get your money back.

 

so u dont think itll just pop in when i hit a bump or somethin? cuz im really, really short on cash. and how much would those balljoint pressers cost, just incase i do come across some money.
