Default Question for 400+ whp honda owners

I just got my car back and have noticed at high rpms and boost that when I shift even semi fast the syncros in the tranny with 2nd and 3rd gear arent lining up so the teath are grinding a little bit. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what can I do to fix this on a street driven integra. I currently have a gsr tranny with an ats differential. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I had a clutch masters stage 4 and i grinded every gear when trying to shift fast.
I install a stage 5 and it was fine.
Trust me , it's your clutch because I went through the same thign you went through.
