Default is it possible to run a 14.57 with only exhaust, header, and cai?

basically the question is as the title says. 14.57 w/exhaust, header, and cai? I bought my 00-1526 from ryan2000rless and he lied about some stuff and i'm pissed. i just wanna make sure nothing else was modified to car. thanks, any opinions would help.
-thanks
[JDM DC 4-1, carsound cat, dc exhaust, probably AEM CAI or something like that]

depends on your location. if you live at 5000ft elevation.. then I'd say hell no.

It's very possible that you can only run such times w/ I/H/C/E.

Why? Out of all those mods, your header is the one that really produces any HP gains. Sure, the intake and high-flow cat does help a bit, but it's not like putting on a NOS. ITR stock exhaust is very high flowing and you won't see that much gain w/ an aftermarket exhaust.

All in all, 14.57sec is entirely possible with your mods. Maybe you didn't get good rxn time and 60ft time.

Lastly, not all ITR's are created equal. A few have frankenstein motors and some might be a bit weaker than normal.

If you really want to test the output of your car, put it on a dyno. There is a concensus on this board as to high much a stock/modified B18C5 motor should produce on several different dynos.

I ran a 14.7 @ 1100 ft at the California Speedway with Intake/JDM 4-1 Header and 1 Recaro.

I ran a 14.7 @ 1100 ft at the California Speedway with Intake/Apex Catback/JDM 4-1 and 2 Recaros with a better 60' time.

I only had 2 runs in on the second trip so I think I could have improved it if I had more chances to run.

14.740 @ 95.020 (1121.27 ft. above sea level)
14.573 @ 96.113 (Altitude Corrected)

Check that link to see how you can correct your times.

Sounds legit to me.

Besides, I never seen fast 1/4mi times from Seattle area from a stock/near-stock R.

Yes it is! I have run 14.5's at the track in my GSR back in 96-97 with just an Iceman race set-up, and with street tires also...

I did a 14.46 with AEM only

I also got a 14.71 @ Fontana in California, but I missed 4th gear so I trapped at like 89.
