Another h22 Q
If you have the money, I would go with the Type S swap. But i would recommend getting the regular h22.
the only benefit between the two motors is the cams, intake manifold and the pistons. if you plan on getting those items later down the road, then you can save yourself labor time.
but if you get the type s motor, you will have what will be a pain in the *** to you which is the atts set up.
I would suggest getting the lsd equipped h22a tranny if you can.
hth.
btw please do a search, there are millions of topics on this matter.

gear oil does worse to you
well, i think there is a miscommunication here, 1. the type S, has higher comp., cams, different int. manf, and lsd, and maybe a few other things, rated at 220hp at the flywheel, 2. the type SH, which motor wise is the same as a reg. lude, but it has ATTS traction control, which you DON'T want in a swap, wiring nitemare, i wouldn't get it, now the type S's are more rare, and the swaps usually are around 4500, if you wanna stay all motor, factory, get it, if your tuboing, or wanna build up for all motor later on just get the reg. thyer are both good for either mild turbo set up or mild motor set up it depends wich you do and how fast you want to go if your looking to make more then 300 hp just get the reg h22 94-95 and build it
bear with me guys... type-s comes with atts, not lsd, right?? the only h-series tranny with lsd is off a euro-r accord correct? this means, btw, that type-s is as much of a nightmare swap as type-sh.
