hey guys i got a hold of some intercoolers.. these are polished end tanks , 2in inlet and 2 in outlet. the size are 28x9x2 and perfect for low boost /stock/or any 1.5/1.6 sohc motors. they will be $295 shipped.!

Can those plugs on the endtanks be plugged? Or what are they for originally? I'm assuming a vacuum source?

BTW, are those manifolds TIG welded? Looks PRETTY!

 

those plugs do not go all the way threw. They are on there just incase you want to put brackets to support the inercooler inside the bumper.

 

are the measurements end tank to end tank or just core?

the core size is 20 inch and with end tanks with 28 inchs.. i had made a mistake on size but here it is too clear it up ... core 20x9x2 and 4 inch on each side for endtanks

 

thats sweet..whats the difference between bar, and fin intercooler?

 

they are different styles .. just like coke and pepsi..same cola, different taste . everyone has there perferences .. one is not better than the other. some people like bar and plate and some people like tube and fin.

from past experiences, i seen those spark manifolds crack, and not made to fit properly...do you need to make support brackets for the exhaust runners??? and are u sure those are a/c compatible with a t3/t4??..can you please pm me with the answers..i interested in purchasing for that price.

damn are those turbo manifold that IMPORT BUILDER was selling. I beleive someone told me that was "HIS OWN CUSTOM TURBO MANIFOLD"....

 

What are the flow rates on those intercooler? How much HP can they support? Thanks.

 

im not sure about the exact flow rating but i have personally seen them on 300hp civics/with D series and B series motors.

yes as you now everything at its infancy isnt the BEST.. thats why there are things called R/D reserch and devolpment, and testing. and prototypes...

 

for the intercooler..is there any taps or something on the bottom i can use for mounting??

 

WOuld this intercooler work in my 240sx with a sr20 swap...looking to get like 300hp out of it. Let me know I just came into some cash and for the money this looks good...is the price shipped?
