Default what NGK plugs should i get?

i know i want ngk pugs and wires but im having trouble decide what plugs to get..is there a plug for a high compresion motor or is a plug a plug?

also im thinking of the ngk power cabels i know they are good plug wires but would the spoon braided plug wires be better or are they just that much over priced because of the spoon name and blingin braided wires?

Get them from your honda dealer... I forget the first few numbers, but the last end in ...Z5-11. Use Z5 for stock, 6 or 7 for increased compression or n20/boost.

As for the cables, basicly your paying extra for spoon. NGK and j-spec NTK are pretty much Spoon. Just go stock, or for upgraded ignition 8mm NGK.
