question about headers on a hatch . . . again!
my friend is hookin me up wit headers for my cx and i asked him about the whole how to fit a cat on there and he said to just run a test pipe until inspection time. does that sound like a good idea? and i also hear that header bolts always snap off. how do ya avoid that?

A test pipe is a great idea. Much more high-end power, might gain a little low-end plus really loud exhaust. Have a test pipe made at a welding muffler shop, then you can swap anytime you need to.
As for bolts breaking? Never over tighten, torque to proper specs, which is NO more than 33lbs. Use blue thread locker BTW.
Good luck, don't mind these guys, their evoled males with pms... j/k
