Default Funny sound at cold engine temps (Morning Driving)

Not sure about anybody else... but my engine has a little "tinny" sound to it when I reach about 2.5 - 3k rpms. I would think this is kind of normal becuase the car was sitting all night. It has always done it, I just decided to post now.

Anybody else hear this? Or what is this sound?

My car sounds kind of shitty starting on cold mornings too... *shrug* I think it's normal, considering my car runs great in good weather and when it's warmed up

Dont drive my ITR in the winter, but you should hear the valve noise coming from my 90 VW Fox. The thing sounds like a friggin cummins diesel. It sounds okay after warming up about 10 minutes though.

They say its normal though

Let the car warm up real well and keep the revs really low until the car is warmed up. I don't even go above 2500 rpm on the way to work (5 minute drive). It's WAY too cold here to be driving.

I've noticed lately with the extreme cold here in the North East that my power steering make a weird whinney sound when I turn, at least until it warms up!...
