Default WTB: how to bake headlight ???

Hey, I tried searching already and couldnt find the old topic about how to bake tthe headlights and paint them. Does anyone have any information or can find that topic? Thanks

The link above is exactly how you do it. I folllowed those instructions when I did mine like 2 days ago. I'll post pics later.

Yeah Baking your head lightes is the stupidest way to do it, it is only a way to speed up the proccess of making the clear lense turn yellow even faster which doesnt look nice duhhh i have been doing this since 4 years ago and all you need is a hair drye.... it wont melt the plastinc on ly the glue and it wont turn the clear lense yellow like baking does think about .....

Thanks! Yeah.... when you put the silicon on... you must rub it into the cracks good instead of doing it half-assed and just squirting it on like I did the first time.

I agree about the baking thing. Whats wrong with the hair dryer.

Since the guy asking the post already got his answer I'm goign to attempt to steal it from him... does anyone have any pictures of EG's that have painted their housings?

use a heat gun... its alot easier... i tried baking it one time and melt the mother... heat gun is easy and simple....
