depends wether you are going to really build it right or not. Pretty vague question. Be more specific..

well you could get a ls motor for $300 and bore it out to 84.3mm. that will give you more displacement. i think the stock LS is 81 and change. b ut do that, get good rods pistons, and some new rings duh head of your choice, i think the local fav is the b16 head, but im a itr head kinda guy. ya know stuff like that, make it worth it if you are gonna do it. you shoul be able to get that stuff to fit in your budget you stick to that concept. you will need a good ecu to tune that beast. so get a hondata or something, thats what i use.

BTW you only have 5 posts a day on trial user status. So aol IM me if you want more info.

Something has to be wrong with vtecvoodoo...

*edit*
It will be expensive to be done properly. Me, and a lot of other people, would reccommend just a resleeved GSR swap.

Hehehe Super Dooper!

I think the reason B20Vtecs get expensive quick is you basically need all new rotating assembly to safely spin it up high (NA applications), do a search there is a lot of info on the B20Vtec.

thanx for the link diesel, How technical is it really doing the work on
an ls/crv vtec, If i can put the money together i have a couple of
rookie mechanics on hand that have no experience in this stuff.

I really want a faster motor but I don/t want a head ache if I cant get it ti run
thanx again

If you have 3300 why don't you just get an LS, resleeve the block and go turbo :-D

build a basic CRVtec w. a GSR or ITR tranny (LSD) and you will love every minute of it and not many street cars will touch you.
