I just bought an CHRA for an T3, this what the specs are .60/.60

My question is , I have an T3 .48 exhaust housing, will this work?

also if I get , T4 housing, compressor wheel and backing plate, does it turn this to an T3/T4 set-up?

I want to use this on an D16Z6 motor with LS rods.
