T28* is a t25 exhaust with a t3 compressor. So, yeah.

3 main parts to a turbo and all can be chaged to provide a lot of possibilities.
1.) Center section includes the wheels and stage of wheel and trim
2.) Turbine Housing which you can control exhaust AR
3.) compressor housing which can control compressor AR
Like someone said a T28 is what you are looking at (T3 compressor mated with a T25 turbine). The specs on center sections will vary from turbo to turbo

i found a t3 60 trim wheel and matching t3 compressor housing. only thing is, my garrett t25 has a compressor housing that is help on by a large c-clip. will i be able to mate this center section to a t3 compressor?
