Will a ITR head fit on a B21A1 DOHC bottom from a 90-91 prelude?

A B21A1 bottom end is worthless.

Go with a B20 block or a B18C block.

A B21A1 bottom end is worthless.
It's worthless and it won't work with a VTEC head.
