I use Valvoline Synthetic Brake fluid in both...works great, is affordable, and easily found. I flush the brake system pretty often though.

Valvoline SynPower is the best for a tight budget. That's what I'm rocking in the clutch system right now. I plan on bleeding the brakes on of these days with the same stuff.

I've heard a lot of good things about Superblue, but how accurate and realistic is another story. This is usually the case in applications like most of the people on here fall under. I believe for one to truly feel the affects of a given better performing brake fluid over a typical off the shelf brand, they would have to actually race the car and pit the different fluids against eachother to find the better performing one. ATE Super Blue has a wet dry boiling point of 280C degrees celcius (536F) and wet boiling point of 200C (392F). It's supposed to absorb moisture very slowly, so you can leave it in for a long time.

I just ordered a bunch of brake parts (Axxiss Ultimate pads, ATE Super Blue, Speed Bleeders and steel braided lines) and will be installing them late in the week. I'll let you know what kind of performance gain I feel from the upgrade.

Speedbleaders are a good time saver, just make sure to keep the little rubber cap on them while driving...to keep dirt/corrosion out of them.
