Default lot of white smoke coming out of exhaust after car is fully warm

this is my set up first gen b16 intake exhaust hollow cat FPR mugen chipped pr3 ecu and advanced timing on distro after the car is warm it still has a lot of white smoke coming out i am not low on coolent but when i check the oil cap it has white stuff under it only if the car has been sitting but this cap came off my old si motor which was liek that cause the old motor had a blown headgasket but i had cleaned it and put it on the b16 and it gets white stuff under it sometimes too. my fuel pressure is set at 43psi doesnt burn oil and isnt low on coolent i dotn think i have a blown headgasket i checked my plugs and they where really black. does the mugen chip cause white smoke to come ou of the exhaust i also heard it could be that my valve cover gasket is lettign oil get in to my plugs causing white smoke in the exhaust also can a bad 02 sensor cause white smoke i just want to know why my car has a lot of white smoke coming out

Oil would normally add a blue-ish tint to the exhaust. The crud under the oil cap could be due to condensation from not running the engine long enough to warm up during trips or a weak thermostat. If you're not losing coolant, I wouldn't worry about it, but keep an eye on the level. Cold temps will cause the white smoke condition you describe. However, your black plugs indicate a rich condition if it's not from oil fouling. The rich condition could be the result of a cold running engine (thermostat problem or TW sensor) or a faulty O2 sensor.

When your car is cool, check for black crud in the rad.. just pull the cap and look.

Start the car when it's cold, and look for bubbles.

If so, it's a head gasket.

try a compression test or better yet a leak down test..
does the milky stuff on your oil cap come back after you've wiped it clean?

White bubbly froth under the radiator cap= Head gasket. Do you see oil floaters in the coolent? If yes, Head gasket. Does the white smoke coming out of your exhaust smell like coolant? If yes, Head gasket. Hope this helps!

Smell the exhausr, if its coolant you will smell it very distinctly, same with oil. besides the other ways for seeing, compression gauge etc. But oil on the #1 plug is not a good thing, do the Compression and leakdown test to see what you have yourself in for first.

I had the same problem on my D16 before the motor blew up, I had really high compression and oil in #3 cyl. It wasn't a blown headgasket. you may want to check the (can't think of the name) gromet on the inside of the valve cover that covers the sparkplug and see if it's worn or in good shape. It's its worn then there's your problem. If your compression is really high then you've got other problems, just telling you what I found out when I had oil in my spark

ur my friend seem not to have a blown headgasket
ur problem its that ur engine its running highly rich
i had a problem on wich a injector will stay open and flood my #1 cyl and it blew white smoke out exhaust
first try i tought it was head gaket, changed it anbd it wasnt that
no oil burns, no mix wahter/oil.. until i found a fracture on the #1 injector.... fixed it and problem solved..
check that u are not getting a code 16
and take a doctors stetoscope and turn car on... put stetoscope against side of ea injector.. u should hear a clicking sound.. if u dont u have either a bad injector or a problemwith ur wiring or a bad ecu... check for that
i KNOW that ur problem lies withing fuel problems....
