Default Stroke Kit for LSVtec

Building an allmotor race motor for my R cause out here in CA it would be easyer to just swap out motors than put stuff back to stock for smog laws...anyways where would i look to get a stroke kit for a b18 engine and what kind of prices can i expect...right now i have a bare ls block and a bare b16 head..planning on boring it to 2.0L and i was wondering with a stroke kit if i could pick up more displacement with a stroke kit and would it be a reliable way to get tq and hp?
