Can some revhard dealers on honda-tech help me..???
I bought this REVHARD stage 2 kit like 2 months ago. Everything is fine with the kit but the fitment sucks with the civic. And the worst thing for the kit is that it DOESNT come with the air-inlet piping and filter. Now my turbo gets real dirty and suck all those things in. So can you REVHARD dealer tell me what should i do, any other kits come with AIR-INLET piping but not REVHARD.Tell me what should i do.
rev hard do not come with inlet filter and piping...you need to get one made...
almost if not all kit, need som ekind of modification and etc...the way you mount the intercooler ( on the bumper support ) will throw off any chance of the piping fit perfectly..
get a hack saw and get to work

due to clearance issues you will need to find the proper size pipping and filter and re route the filter to breather cold or colder air. you can call RevHard mfg. In certian areas of the city you dont need a filter but if you live near dusty or desert areas with sand storms and gravel, its a MUST..
with my max rev manifold and T3/T04e the compressor inlet is blocked by the clutch slave valve...so I went to walmart paid $4.95 for some mesh window screen. Then I took a t-shirt, sprayed it with K&N filter oil and put that between two pieces of the mesh, then used a coupler lock thingy...work perfect for now until I can find an 90 degree angle.
Running a turbo or a car for that matter without a filter is dumb. It makes no difference if your car is turbo or stock. A car without a filter is going to draw in crap in the air and will cut the life of the motor down. You need to make something to get it filtered in some way.
I had one made for my rev-hard kit. Go to your local speed shop and have them fab one up for you. but its tight fit, but trust me it'll work.
