No parts will void the warranty UNLESS they are directly related to causing the failure of another part.

For example: install a big rear sway bar and tear your subframe. The suspension warranty is voided because the aftermarket part caused the damage.

Unfortunately, sometimes this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If the dealership gives you a hard time (and after talking to the service manager about an issue) you get nowhere; talk to the district levels. They know the dealers scam people all the time. They just want to make sure they scam with a smile.

Exception: LED washer nozzle lights, anything made by APC, fart-can exhausts automatically void all warraties; so avoid using those parts [/end humorous opinion]

Yes, and what should be noted, is that the burden or proof is on the dealership, to prove that the after market part caused the failure of the warrantied item.

Another trick is using the dealers against each other. Go to one and if they say your LED Nozzles voids your warranty, take it to another close by dealership and tell them "the guys at so and so dealer said this voids my warranty and I don't think they know what they are taking about..." Dealers are usually pretty good at hating other dealerships and will more times than not fix it just to show they are better than the other dealer.
