I got my friend some for his 96 civic from islandmotorsports, the things look pretty damn close to the real deal, even has the hole for the city lights.

Just get the real ones cause if you get the fake ones then youll still want the real ones some time or another. Oh and the oem ctr headlight will run you about 450.00. Well worth it in my opinion. Heres mine...

JDMDXTURD... did you hook up the City Lights on your CTR headlights? I just got my pair in from passwordjdm and was waiting on some info before I installed them. Thanks!

Hey atisvt99 i did hook up the city lights. I had to get the sockets from a 97-99 prelude and wired them into my parking lights. They look really nice. I need to take some pics cause they look so mean in the dark with the amber parking lights and the bright white city lights. Oh also inline4 sells the sockets and bulbs for city lights if you cant find them.

For my CTR citylights, I just went to the junkyard and yanked the rear liscense plate light sockets, plugs right in. And yes it is better to get the real ctr's, for some of us who can't stand fake ****, but for you people on a budget, there are good knockoffs.

real or not, they still look good. I'd go the fake route then spend the extra $250-300 on some more go-power! Headlights are alright, horsepower is better.

Make your own. All you need is a tube of silicone and about an hours worth of time. $5.00 is all I spent and people ask me all the time if there ctr lights.

My lights actually came with the city-bulbs, the city-sockets, and the city-plugs (cut a few inches after the plug)... so is this what you're talking about? And you said you wired them inline with your parking lights? Did you give any thought to putting them on their own switch? Just trying to give myself some options... I've got a base-model DX, so I've got open slots and panels all over my car for aftermarket or even factory add-on/light switches... And some nice detailed pics of the lights in action would be great! thanks...

I wired my CTR citylights to be activated by the OEM foglight switch. I prefer to not have the parking lights go on whenever the citylights light up. So I used a standalone wiring method instead of tapping into the factory wiring. Oh yeah, just get the sockets from the Prelude. Only $3/each.

Here's the part#

and the socket that everyone is talkng about... I it that's the 'bulb' socket? The part that twist locks into the Headlight Housing? If that's the case, then my set of headlights came with the sockets with bulbs already in them. Please correct me if I'm wrong... Thanks for the photo, too...
