Default 5 heat range spark plug too hot for B18B ?


Increased Airflow,fuel delivery,cams,oversized pistons, 10:1
no Fi / Nitrous

can I drop to a 5 Heat Range on my plugs ?

5 might be okay. i might want to use a 6 though

Forgot, i have timing bumped .. and have a Jacobs ICE pak . . so the spark is hopped up ... just curious if i would benefit more from a 5 over a 6


for those replied .. thank you for your input .. please i welcome more responses/opinions

try the 5, if you get detonation, use 6
use the HOTTEST plug that doestn cause detonation

side question if detonation arises......... back the advanced timing off slightly and keep the hotter plug or just go with the 6 and keep timing advanced max
