Default Stock radio is gone - plug is still there. What is plug and play?

The plug looks like it's 16 wires: 4-4 on one side and 3-2-3 on the other.

What radio's will plug right in? Preferably something with a cd player.....

Maybe a newer generation civic si's cd player?

Thanks.

Any DIN sized aftermarket deck/headunit will work, which is virtually every headunit out there. You can buy a pretty good CD receiver nowadays for as little as $200 including a remote control. You'll also need a wire harness adaptor which will be needed to attach the wires of the new radio to the harness adapter. This adaptor will have the same connector as on your stock radio so it plugs right into the harness of the car. It's usually $15 or less (Metra part number 70-1720??).
