got d15b7 block, d16y8 head & int. manifold, gsr t.b......car wants to idle at like 3000-4000 rpm!!!what do i do???already double checked for vacuum leaks

 

sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but you've messed with the idle adjusting screw on the top of the tb inlet? how did you check for vac leaks? any vaccum inlets left unplugged? all gaskets sealing properly. I'm not doubting your abilities, sometimes it helps to go through the basics.
