Removing axle from intermediate shaft?
ok heres the easiest way. take the whole intermediate shaft off with the axle. now get a bar and lie it flat in between the half shaft and the intermediate shaft. make sure the bar does fit in between rather almost but not just quite. now tap it with a hammer once and its out.

If you're dropping the tranny, I'd suggest taking off the shaft to prevent the tranny from getting hung on it.
Just a precaution, because I broke my ITR LSD being hung up on the midshaft..

If you just want to remove the axle, once the axle is free of the hub, use a hammer and a brass drift to pop the axle off of the intermediate shaft. Place the brass drift on the inner c.v. joint along the outer rim.
ok i tried hitting it with a hammer
but i couldnt seem to get the whole head of the hammer 2 make contact, still no budge,i tired using a pry bar but there is no gap to insert it into
should i just keep hitting with hammer?

Do what b19coupe said and use a brass drift as an aid... I know you most likely don't own one so don't bother going out and buying one. If you need to take off the intermediate shaft to get off the axle, DO SO. It's not that hard to get that off and back on.
