Default t28 or t3/t4

Currently i have a t3/t4 im gonna use on my JDM sleeved zc, it's fully built so i'm not worried about the boost. But i was told by another Honda-Tech member i should go to a t28 from a JDM Silvia. So i'd like to know the differences in the 2 and what would possibly make the t28 better. Thanks

um
t3/t4 is bigger. flows better, can make more boost.

the t28 is smaller, has a quicker spool time, but will cap out if you try to run high boost.

Running a ZC-turbo you're going to have to decide what you want your power curve to look like. If you go T3/T4 you're going to make a shitload of power up top, but you're not going to have much to work with on the bottom end due to the immense turbo lag. T28 will get you a more fun street/autoX-ing car because it'll spool faster and you'll feel the boost at lower rpms.

It all depends on your taste.

T28 Silvia turbo will give you a quicker spool which may be a little more useable for you. The Silvia turbo (if I remember correct) is a GT28 and will have a water cooled and ball bearing center housing. That may vary with model years though...

Well looks like t28 it is, i'm definately looking for low rpm boost. This car is basically gonna be a 1/4 mile/ street racer , so it looks like my t3/t4 will lag to much and not give me the quick response i'd like. Thanks for all the feedback
