well i have a 88 crx SI that needs to be brought back to life
i have a a6 block with a z6 head ready to go in...i plan on adding the following this year..
New clutch either ACT,Exedy,or action
ZEX nitrous kit
ZDYNE one wire conversion
AEM CAI ,E/H
A set of good DR's or slicks
maybe a homemade turbo DSM style to replace the ZEX
and gut the hell out of the interior....

as you can tell im on a very limited budget but im dying to at least pull a mid 13 second pass hopefully ill be able to achieve it....then when winter hits im either gonna slap a b series in the CRX or buy a 1g DSM or turbo 2 RX7...i gotta come up im getting to old to have such a slow car

 

Youll be able to get at least a mid 13 out of that setup!! Im on a limited budget too! that's why im throwing a junkyard turbo setup together. with a starion IC and DSM BOV. im hoping for low 14s/ high 13s. good luck!

Finally get a 9 second run. i have been ******* around too long. I said screw it and tore 400 lbs out of the car and let the registration expire. I just want to race.

I plan on droppin in a B20 with a GSR tranny and basic bolt-ons in my sol best thing for less than 2g's (if parts inquired correctly)

 

having me a 10 sec. all motor car! by the summer! I'm threw f****** around!

 

Break 12s with my ls turbo crx. Then break 11s after i get a clutch, new tranny, hondata s200, tunning, fuel pump, bigger exhaust, injectors, and some head work.. either that or get a gsr and transfer all my goodies.

 

I am getting the AEM EMS installed and tuned soon... hopefully by March/April, along with that I am going with 550cc injectors, 3 bar map, and raising boost to 12 psi, after that I really need to work on mys suspension setup, I am considering the eibach drag launch springs with koni yellows, but the spring rates on the Eibachs are not exactly what I want and the koni's will need to be revalved, so I will prolly just save up the $ and go with the Tiens... and I just have to have the FULL RACE manifold!! that is the most awesome manifold I have ever seen!!! It all depends on how much money I can make this year... I make good $ but have a ton of debt

 

Hondata, piece together a single fogger set up to use off the line and use my current direct port set up as the second stage, Koni yellows, get tuned and go to the strip as often as possible.

 

paxton pump, bigger lines, 720cc or bigger injectors, built head and chipped ecu.

 

Switching to 24.5" slicks from my old 22". Upped the boost from 15psi to 22psi.

Hoping for 10.9

Then switching to a sleeved block after that.

 

To Hit 10's 2nd/3rd time at the track. Pray that nothing breaks.

im thinkin about going DOHC. Definately hitting 12's or lower by the end of the year.

Hit 12's all motor by spring. Then 11's at IDRC in November. Hope I get a good tax refund!

 

Here's was the goal I reached last year....
Ran 11's, 92 si full interior and ac with a 2.0 liter and a 100 shot.

My goal this year is to do the same without the ac and nos.

It was to run 10's with a turbo, but I had to be more realistic due to funds.

 

mid-low 10's and at least a 140mph or bust....well, the car should be finished first

 

Well since it seems like i'm the only prelude guy here. I have a few goal...

1. Finish my custom turbo kit and install it myself

2. Make 250+hp on stock internals

3. 13.6 or better or trap at 103+ mph
