compression check question
alright when you do a compression check how do you know what your compression ratio is, like 11.0:1, etc.
see i have an ITR engine with a fat gasket, make that 2 gaskets. my compression was measured at 140 in all 4 cyl. what is my compression ratio. i know i'm not running the stock 11.0:1 it should be at, but want to know where i'm at now.

You can't know for sure, because cylinder sealing affects the test numbers. What's a whole lot easier is to calculate it using your new gasket, or combined gasket thickness. How thick are the gaskets you're running now?
the gaskets i'm running now are thick. i'm hating it so much. can't wait to go back to stock to see the real potential of my engine.
