Default Shorted out something in my engine bay, engine died, now no fuel pump at start???

Here is my problem. My car was running, and I accidently forgot to tape up a connection to the plug on the back of my intake manifold. So one of the quick dissconnects touched my oil supply line for my turbo. There was a spark and the engine died. Check engine light comes on. I reset the ecu, and still a check engine light. WHen I put the key to the run position, I dont hear the main relay, or the fuel pump start up. So I am assuming my problem is I fried my main relay? the car turns over fine, I am just not gettign fuel.
If I buy a new relay, and it turns out not being that, will honda let me return it?
Am I looking in the right direction, or is my diagnosis seem right?
By the way, I have a MPFI'd 1990 dx with a custom turbo setup, and zdyne gold secu.
Thanks,
Jason

No, honda will not let you return it.

Check all the fuses under your dash, and your hood. Same thing happened to me once and it just turned out to be a fuse under the dash, forget which number, but it was 'alternator and dfkdkl" some other ****. but check all the fuses under there. -sean

hmm, i dunno if its stupid or you reset the computer with the fuse. I know mine was doing the same when i did the mpfi swap. I got the main relay all unpluged and everything, THEN decided to check the fuses. I had a burnt ecu fuse which didnt let it start..Maybe?
