With stock gsr intake manifold, and stock gsr ecu + VAFC+ ~11.6:01 compression + bolt ons, i made 180whp and 123.2 tq. Right now i've got a skunk2 manifold, type r intake, and i will be getting a chip soon.

I figured, why should i continue to put more stress on my engine with the toda b's if i can make as good of power out of the stage 1's. I was also considering fully tuning my car with a hondata. If i'm not satisfied with the cams after that, then I would try a different cam setup.

I've seen really good numbers with skunk2 stage 1 cams and was considering maybe trying that? If not, any suggestions?

Sorry if i didn't make sense to you. By continual stress i meant that these cams have bigger primary and secondary lobes. They're almost as big as the vtec lobe. And so i'm putting more stress on my valvetrain just by daily driving compared to other cams on the market. This is why people recommend getting a PE or Toda Belt with these cams (and Cs).
