As far as I know Auto and Manual ZCs are the same.

There is a difference in Auto and Manual B16s.

my d16y8 was originally from an auto EX. I struggled for a month while I tried to figure out why it wouldn't idle right....Now I know the manifold was different so I traded my 89 si seats for a manual intake. Runs great now!

I also found out that there is no dual valvesprings on the intake side just single springs all the way around.

im not sure if they have any hp differences but one thing i know that auto engines are in much better condition than manuals because usually manuals have had more abuse. not in every case but most.
