WTF. I get back from a diving meet and I notice the sticker that says civic ex is gone. Now where it was, there is a little mark that is a little bit darker than the rest of the car, with a border around it. It is still sorta sticky, I think there is more that needs to come off. How should I go about taking the rest off. I dont want it to be any more messed up than it is. And also there is a little scratch where they took it off. I don't know when it was stolen, sometime in the span when I took it to get fixed and now I guess. DAMN theifs. ******* makes me mad

 

Why the hell would someone steal that sticker? It's not going to look right when they stick on their car?!! Use a hairdryer to heat up the remainder of the sticker on your car, and peel it off with your nail, should come off no problem.

at least they didnt steal your taillights and replace them with altezzas.

who cares about that sticker.. i took mine like 2 years ago when i bought the car cause it was fading and looked like crap.. now the car looks a lot cleaner

 

3m tar and adhesive removal works great!

at work, we use tar and adhesive remover-smells like gasoline so id give that a try also-and scrape the gunk off with a plastic razor blade. i did that on my car. i heard a hair dryer does the trick too. remember, wax. the chemicals somewhat strip whatever wax is on your car and leaves a dull, unprotected spot.

 

I think im going to use a hair dryer, but how am I going to use a hair dryer not near a socket?

 

I would suggest using some duracell batteries...Energizer if you have too but you might not get the same power
