anyone heard of a TiAL 35/40 WG

Default anyone heard of a TiAL 35/40 WG

some one was telling me about a new TiAL wastegate that had the 35mm/Deltage flange, but internally the same as the 40mm.... anyone know of this, know where ic an get one, see some pics, etc?

its a 35mm tial wastegate, but it has the flow characteristics as a full race 40mm WG, kinda like porting your head i guess

Yeah they make it cause I just ordered one from Viren last week.

I think that's the Tial 35mm High Pressure version wastegate. I remember a post back about someone actually measuring the valve and inlet/outlets, but i don't remember if it's 100% exactly like a 40mm.

As far as i know, the 35mm Tial HP doesnt flow like the true 40mm. The valve looks to be the same size as a standard 35mm one. When comparing the 35mm HP and my 40mm ones in hand right now, visually the 40mm has a much larger valve. There is a reason that Geoff doesnt use the 35mm HP on his full race manifolds, probably because they dont flow as much as the true 40mm Tial's can. I also wouldnt have gone through all the trouble to make a 35mm-to-40mm converter 90 degree elbow for my max-rev manifold to run the 40mm. I plan on making 500whp, and that surely needs the 40mm gate to regulate the flow.
