What all is involved in a swap, when placing a B16 in to 99 Ex?
Do i need motor mounts? Axles? Computer?

all you need on the mounts are to two bottom side mounts, and if im not mistaken it will drop in. I did that same swap in my 00 hatch and i think all that i had to get was the side motor mounts, front transmission mount and rear mount AC mount . Also you need B16 upper and lower raditor hoses, on the ecu, since your motor is US you can just use the us wiring harness i do believe and the us computer that comes in the Si if you want. My swap was the most direct bolt in possible because it came out of a 99 Si so i had nothing to buy, mine came with everything. Hope that helped out a little, If I have left anything out I appoligize, but do a search just to verify everything.
Hey guys check and make sure i have not left anything out.
