Default Carsound Converter part #s for Civic Si w/Greddy

To save some money, I'm going to get one of the Carsound universal cats. I guess I need something from the 94000 series, but I'm not sure which one to get. There's "no air," "with air," "with 02 boss", "w/dual 02 boss." I know this is probably a stupid question, but what do they mean by "air?" I'm going to get this put on right before my Hondata is installed and tuned so I know that 02 sensor isn't necessary because I'll be OBD I, but wouldn't I need one for wideband tuning? Why do some people get the 94006 model (2.5"-no air), then get the fitting welded on? Is this just for better placement? Would I be better off getting the 94036 with the 02 boss? Sorry about all the questions! I'm clueless!

LOL, you're not kidding! I called him today and he was more than helpful though. He said for my application I should be getting the 53006 (round 2 1/2"), which I've seen misprinted as being 2 1/4". He said the 94006 (2 1/2 oval) might be tough to fit, but has a higher flow rating than the 53006, which could possibly have problems passing emissions because of this. I don't know about you, but I'm going to take my chances with the 94006, and if it doesn't pass, so be it. Another thing he mentioned was that it's cheaper to buy the 94006 and have the 02 bung welded on while it's on your car. The 94036 and 94066 are more expensive. Forgot to ask about the "air."

New question (maybe I should create a new post?)...Where do I buy the flanges that need to be welded to either end of the 94006? I need 2 1/4 on the dp side, then a fitting to match up with my Evo. Stainless would be preferred.
