Just a quick one guys. Im gonna be puttin my JDM R engine into my EF8 SiR pretty soon. My friend has just sold me a set of 15" Black Mugen MR5's and I was wondering if anyone here can suggest a good set of calipers / rotors I could use that would fit behind these rims. From what ive heard I dont think ive got any chance of getting the Spoon calipers to fit. Or am I wrong.

what are your goals with the car?
look into fastbrakes.com
Do you have a real sir? if so you already have 10.3" brakes up front...

Thanks CRX25.
Yes I have a real SiR. I have owned it for the last 4 years. Because I am putting in the R engine I thought it would be best to upgrade the brakes. I will probably be changing the master cylinder as well as that seems to cause a few strange problems in warm weather (pedal sinking to floor etc) Any suggestions?

I forgot to add my goals with the car.
Ever since the first time I saw a CRX I knew I wanted one. When I started doing research on the net and found photos of CRX's in different levels of modification I knew this was the avenue to explore. I couldn't afford to work on the car in those first four years but now I have got a 'normal car' and the CRX is in the garage ready for a makeover (not rice) I can afford to spend money on it.
There were a few spots of rust on the car and it started to look pretty sorry for itself so I stripped it to a bare shell, I will be removing the B16A from it pretty soon and I have started to collect parts for it such as a Mugen CRX Pro 2 Body Kit, JDM ITR engine, Mugen MR5 Wheels, Roll cage (not sure if I should use it) and we have just had some SiR carbon bonnets custom made in the UK. The car is currently black but I am debating on whether to get it re-painted in Championship White.
Sorry to bore you all!

Hey Mark give Hi Spec a go you should be able to get 4pots then maybe with smaller discs than I run (290mm) to fit in the wheels. Or if ur name is Lucky McLuck (Ste Bowman) get a pair of NSX brake calipers & use Lude 282mm discs that may just fit with the right brackets!

P.S. I have a real EF8 SiR too
