I think he's referring to the thing that sorta looks like a vacuum line.

It is a vacuum device found on the DA Integra Xsi B16's. Not sure what it does though. It won't hurt anything to disconnect it

no thats were the air temp sensor would go if it was 1st gen. It saves honda money then all they have to do is drill a hole. Trust me I got a first gen air temp sensor and drilled my manifold and put it there.
