I have a 92 Civic CX 1.5 that will not start and when is on has a bad speed sensor.
The starter and the speed sensor has been replaced and still same problem. The only way the car starts if its push started. The starter has constant power and ground going to it....... any ideas?? fuses are good, i already checked.

Anything I'm missing here??

 

Pull one of the spark plug wire from the car and connect a spark plug on it, crank the car and check for sparks, if there are non then it's your ignitor. Make sure you don't tough the spark plug while your cranking the engine.
