I voted for the Prothane set just because they take a more aggresive approach to limiting engine movement. They chose to reinforce mounts that will limit engine movement much more than the Energy Suspension mounts.

I like Energy Suspensions better simply because they increase stiffness but still absorb vibration. The prothane have to hard a feel to me. They just feel like plastic that's about to shatter.

Well, I've had my ES mounts in for a week or so now and am thoroughly happy with them. I still wonder if having the two upper mount inserts from Prothane would help though.

I voted ES because they are the only ones I've played with. So there ya have it

I think both are a waste of money. Simply they are just hard rubber. What I did, I just inserted pieces of hard hard rubber between/inside and applied silicone the outside which prevented them from falling out. Others, Have used small pieces of wood and applied silicone to hold it.

Just something to think about..

So you build a $5000 motor and you are to cheap to spend $35 on motor mount inserts...that is why people blow engines, cause they get cheap on support items.
